The Business Support Center is an innovative initiative for the local government. We aspire that it will be an institution that will support entrepreneurship and the economic development of the Association of Municipalities of South Attica ( SYDNA ), which is an inter-municipal cooperation by the Municipalities of Kallithea, P. Faliro and Alimos. The Business Support Center (BSC) seeks to be a local mechanism-structure for the horizontal support of the Enterprises of the three Municipalities (SYDNA) with the aim of improving their capacities and strengthening the local economy.
The intended results through the action include, among other things, the exploitation of the comparative advantages of the companies of the three Municipalities and the promotion of business opportunities through the support of those which are existing and new businesses in the area, focusing on actions and resources with the aim of developing and prevailing a targeted position in market. At the Business Support Center:
- We provide support to companies, potential entrepreneurs, or investors with the provision of free information material and business tools on a wide range of issues related to entrepreneurship at a national and local level.
- We provide free personalized consulting services to companies that are active or want to be active in the Municipalities of Kallithea, P. Faliro and Alimos. A business needs analysis is conducted followed by a submission and examination of a formal application by the interested companies. All the BSC's activities will be supported by an up-to-date database of business data, which is essential for monitoring business developments in the municipalities of Kallithea, P. Faliro and Alimos. The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the Regional Operational Programme (ROP) of ESPA “Attiki” 2014-2020.
